TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTALS

ALL ITEMS are for pick up and return in our Place in Bagumbayan, Taguig (or in our new warehouse soon). NO EXTRA CHARGE.
If you want to avail DELIVERY to your HOUSE (not to the venue), additional payment will be charged accordingly, based on the location and the item being hired. Discussed
If you want to avail DELIVERY STRAIGHT TO THE VENUE, additional payment and terms and conditions should be strictly followed.
Handicrafts,atbp is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of any rented item, and is released of any legal action that might be a result.
RENTER is NOT allowed to alter or modify the items being hired.
Two Government Issued Identification Cards are required to be emailed to use before renting out.
PAYMENTS
All prices include 12% VAT.
50% deposit is required to reserve your booking.
Full hire fees and security deposit must be paid in advance
3 days before the event.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
          Security deposit fee varies with the product being hired.
It should be noted that a Security Deposit fee must be paid with the hire fee.
The Security Deposit Fee is refundable upon receiving the props in the same condition as they were rented.
The Security Deposit Fee is refunded within 7 workings days once returned.  A portion of, or the entire deposit fee will however be deducted if the props are damaged
beyond normal acceptable wear and tear.  Where entire props or components from props are not returned, the FULL cost of the missing props/components must be paid for the scheduled rate for each missing item.  This fee is made up of the deposit fee combined with the additional remaining cost required to cover replacement of the missing items.
HIRE RATES
Delivery, Installation and set up is NOT INCLUDED in our hire prices.
Rates cover rent of props is within 1 day (24 hours). 
Rented items should be returned within 5 days after event.
CANCELLATIONS
The Owner reserves the right to replace props with a suitable substitute in the event of unavailability.
The Hirer may cancel a booking but will forfeit any hire fees paid as follows: 
            a) If booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to the event date, we will refund in full any hire fees paid minus a P300 administration fee. 
            b) Bookings cancelled 1 week less than the event date will forfeit 50% of the total hire fee, plus a P300 administration fee. 
             c) Bookings cancelled within 3 days before pick up date will be charged the full agreed fee.
PICK UP:
All props for rent are available for pick up in Bagumbayan Taguig on specified date and schedule (Pre-arranged). All items  for pick up are in good condition, and packed accordingly. It is a requirement for you to check the items for damage (the person in charge for releasing will advise you also of the damage (if there’s any) and normal wear and tear of an item) .
The Renter agreed on the Normal Wear and Tear condition of the prop/s being rented. Any special requirement for products aside from the ones offered, additional charges will apply. Wear and Tear condition of the item WON’T BE CHARGED to the renter. These are all noted on our listing.
Some of the items (especially for Big Furnitures and Props) are disabled when picked up. Rented Items should be returned the same way you pick it up.

Props being rented should be returned within 5 days starting the day you picked up the items. Addt’l P50.00 per day will be charged after the agreed date of return.  Props should be returned and packed accordingly (same as how you picked up the items).
Full payment (rental fee + security fee) should be paid three (3) days prior pick up.
Security fee will be refunded within seven (7) days after return of items. (Rented items will be checked first and noted. If there are damages noted, photo/s will be emailed for your reference and will be deducted to security fee.  Please send on email reply details for refund: (Full Name, Bank and Branch, Account Number, Type of Acct)
DELIVERY AT YOUR PLACE/HOUSE
Items for Rent can be delivered to your House.  Additional Charge varies with location.
All items are in GOOD condition  and packed accordingly upon delivery (Normal Wear and tear are acceptable and noted) (Please see description above for Normal Wear and Tear). 
Some of the items (especially for Big Furnitures and Props) are disabled when delivered. Rented Items should be picked up same way it was when delivered.
Delivery of Items are Scheduled: Wednesday or Friday (depending on our schedule and arrangement). From 8AM to 5PM. Please make sure someone at your place is available to receive and check the items being rented.
Deliveries are only up to the Garage or Ground floor of your house. For those living in Exclusive Villages, please make sure that you will arrange and coordinate with the Guards and Admin Office regarding delivery of orders. Delivery fees (if there’s any) will be charged to you. For those living in Buildings, Condominiums and Townhouses, pls coordinate with the security. Deliveries are only up to the Lobby/or Basement. If you need us to bring the items above ground floor, make sure, you will be able to provide service cart and access to elevator for our staffs.

 Please Take Note that our delivery is JEEPNEY so you have to clear it with your administration office or person in charge.
Props being rented will be picked up Wednesday or Friday the following week. Props for return and pick up should be packed accordingly (same as how we delivered the items).
Some of the items (especially for Big Furnitures and Props) are disabled when delivered. Rented Items should be picked up same way it was when delivered.
Full payment (rental fee + security fee) should be paid three (3) days prior delivery.

 Items for Rent can be delivered to the venue (depending on location).  Additional Charge varies with location.

Delivery of Items are Scheduled: Wednesday, Friday or Saturday (depending on our schedule and arrangement). From 8AM to 5PM. Please make sure someone at the venue is available to receive and check the items being hired. FULL COORDINATION with the venue is REQUIRED before delivery.
Deliveries are only up to the Lobby or Backdoor of the Venue. Please advise us of the person who will receive the items and contact number (mobile number please).
Please Take Note that our delivery is JEEPNEY so you have to clear it with the venue.
Props being rented will be picked up Wednesday or Friday the following week. Props for return and pick up should be packed accordingly (same as how we delivered the items).

2 Options are laid for this: FINAL details should be advised before we send invoice for costing/delivery charge)
1. We will pick it up at your place (Wednesday or Fri the following week). Please see terms on Delivery at House
2. We will pick it up on the venue (Wednesday or Fri the following week). Clearance and necessary documents should be cleared with the venue. Venue should be advised of the date of pick up of the items hired. All props must be left in an easily accessible place for pick up. Renter is responsible for ensuring that props are available for collection between 8am-5pm on  the arranged collection date,
Non-compliance with the guidelines will render charges.
Full payment (rental fee + security fee) should be paid three (3) days prior pick up.
Security fee will be refunded within seven (7) days after return of items. (Rented items will be checked first and noted. INSURANCE
Once props have been delivered the Renter assumes all responsibilities and liabilities until they have been collected by the Owner.  Once props have been delivered, Insurance is not covered by the Owner.
The Renter is responsible in maintaining all appropriate policies of insurance, covering liability, property and casualty insurances in amounts necessary to fully protect the owner and props against all claims, loss or damage.  Renter is responsible for any injury that may occur to persons over the hire period.  The Owner takes no responsibility.
LOSS OR DAMAGES
All props supplied for hire remain the property of the Owner.
Props are not intended for use in wet weather conditions, as they may succumb to moisture damage.
If any of the props are lost or damaged the Renter must immediately notify the Owner.  The Renter agrees to pay for all goods lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to the Owner.  In the event of the aforementioned, the Renter also agrees to pay hire charges until such items are returned or paid for at current replacement cost. Replacement cost is 5 times the hire amount.
PHOTO CONSENT
Client consent and acknowledge that photos from the events may be used on the Handicrafts,atbp website, blogs etc.  I understand that no personal information, such as names, will be used in any publications (unless allowed by the Hirer).


PAYMENT:
Payments can be settled thru BPI, BDO or Metrobank Account. Non-bank transactions, advise us.
                                              We Do Not Accept G-Cash, Smart Money Payments.
Please send a copy of deposit or transaction slip to our e-mail once settled.
Bank Account and Details will be included on the invoice to be e-mailed.
