Actual Party: Queenie's Carnival Party

Queenie's Carnival Party is one the biggest party we did for one client. A truck full of giveaways, prizes and decors all for this Lil' Princess.
It's Queenie's first time to be here in the Philippines, so why not throw the grandest party ever?

Thank to her parents, Daddy Mike and Mommy Jen for letting us be part of this fabulous party!

Circus Carnival Party decor

The venue was transformed into a Grand Carnival Party!
Kristine of Kiko's Balloons and Services did a great job with the decors!

Some of the prizes and giveaways were placed on the stage.. There were over 500 pcs Stools and Kiddie Chairs for Queenie's party!

On the left side of the stage , you will see the letter standees and the food server standees!

This huge cake and lots of cupcakes were from A Cupcake Wish:

Those cake pops were served by these Food Servers!

To feel the Carnival Vibe, Jen hired stilt walkers, jugglers, magician, balloon twister! All were coordinate by Kristine of Kiko's Balloons.

Table Centerpieces:
These circus standees, wooden wagons were used as table centerpieces for 40 tables (not including those of the kid guests!)

Giveaways and Prizes:
Handicrafts,atbp provided 90% of all of the loots for the party. Can you imagine how our truck looked like when they delivered it? They load and unload the items in one hour!

Candy Dispenser were bought Jen all the way from Hawaii

Candy Station:
Candy Station and Photobooth were provided by Lights and Shadows by Chamille Ong.
